Let's Make Them The Last

I’ve been thinking a lot about my grandmother, wondering what she would say if she saw the world today. She grew up in Texas in the ‘30s, attended segregated schools, and was apart of the Great Migration. I wrote a piece in remembrance of her and the strength that runs through the veins of all my Black sisters. We will raise our voices, and we will continue to fight.
